1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SignItForMe at signitforme.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SignItForMe provides a professional print-and-mail service. You upload a document or compose a message, pay securely via Stripe, and we print, pack and mail it — at the price shown before you pay.

Upload your signed letters and documents and we print and mail them for you, from $3 plus sales tax where it applies. Flat and tracked orders and Certified letters include a free tracking number; $3 letters come with an email the day they are mailed.

3. Payment & Pricing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Your order total is displayed before you finalize payment.

By completing a purchase, you authorize SignItForMe to charge the stated amount to your payment method via Stripe.

4. Order Processing & No Cancellation Policy

⚠ Important: Orders are processed immediately upon payment: a First-Class or Certified letter is sent to print, and a flat and tracked order gets its shipping label, as soon as your payment clears. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment is confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is placed, the mail piece is committed to the carrier and refunds are not available except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SignItForMe to send:

Unsolicited bulk mail (spam)
Harassing, threatening, or illegal content
Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
Content that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law
Content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including content we deem inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these terms. Payment will be refunded if we reject an order before processing.

6. File Uploads & Privacy

Files you upload are encrypted in transit, and the upload links we issue expire after 15 minutes. They are encrypted at rest, in storage only our own systems can reach. Uploads that never reach checkout are deleted automatically within about 6 hours; a paid order's files are deleted automatically about 30 days after delivery (never more than 90 days after payment), or sooner on request. We do not read, sell, or share your file contents with third parties.

7. Delivery & Carriers

We ship via a postal or parcel carrier. Flat and tracked orders and Certified letters include a free tracking number; $3 letters come with an email the day they are mailed. Delivery time depends on the carrier. SignItForMe is not responsible for carrier delays, lost mail, or delivery failures beyond our control once the mail piece has been accepted by the carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload or compose. By submitting content, you grant SignItForMe a limited license to reproduce and mail that content on your behalf for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

The SignItForMe name, logo, and website design are proprietary and may not be used without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SIGNITFORME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNITFORME'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
