Do you sign documents for me?
No. You sign first, on paper and scanned or electronically, then upload the signed file. We print it exactly as you signed it and mail it.
Who can I send it to?
The recipient you enter at checkout, anywhere in the U.S., or back to yourself.
What files can I send?
PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), plain text, and JPG, PNG or GIF images, up to 100 MB per upload. Every order prints on US Letter paper, in black and white unless you choose color.
How much does it cost?
Flat prices, no hidden fees. A letter is $3: up to 5 pages, folded in a standard envelope and mailed USPS First-Class, with an email when it goes out (no delivery tracking). A Certified letter is $11: up to 5 pages, folded, with a tracking number. Flat & tracked, mailed flat in a rigid mailer that won’t bend, with a free tracking number, is $15 for 1–30 pages, $25 for 31–50, $45 for 51–100, $85 for 101–250, and $85 plus $0.20 per page over 250; pages are counted across the whole order (pages × copies, for every file). Color adds $1 to a letter, or 5¢ per page flat & tracked. Printing and postage are always included; sales tax is added where required.
How does tracking work?
Certified letters and flat & tracked orders come with a free tracking number, and we email it to you, so you can follow your document to the door. A $3 letter comes with an email the day it’s mailed but no delivery tracking, and if one hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks, we’ll mail it again for free.
What happens to my file?
We use your file to print and mail your order, and nothing else. We never sell it, never use it for ads, and never use it to train AI. It’s deleted automatically about 30 days after delivery (90 days at most), or sooner on request; uploads you don’t order are deleted within about 6 hours.
Can I change the address after I order?
Check the address before you pay. Your order goes into production as soon as payment clears, so the address cannot be changed in the app afterwards. If you spot a mistake, email hello@signitforme.com right away and we will tell you what is still possible.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Orders cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed, because every order goes into production right away: a First-Class or Certified letter is sent to print, and a flat and tracked order gets its shipping label and enters the print queue. Refunds are available in limited circumstances, including orders we decline to fulfill. The full refund and cancellation policy has the details.
Can I send to more than one recipient?
Yes. Bulk mail merge takes a CSV of recipients and one message with merge tags, and prints and mails a personalized letter to each address, from $3 a letter, and $2 each for 50 or more.
